“My Physio, Leroy Lobo, recommended Yani to me to increase my flexibility and educate me with regards to diet and increase core strength. In particular I had hurt my hip, and I was prone to tensia headache – due to long periods in front of the computer.
“Since training with Yani my headaches have not occurred again, and my flexibility has improved. While still struggling with a chocolate free diet, I have really enjoyed my sessions with Yani. We focus on my goals, but achieve them whilst having a laugh!”

“Yani Burmeister has been my personal trainer for the last year. Before I met him, my motivation and confidence around exercise was very low. He has helped me get back into my fitness routine and after a few months of training (including different core exercises and a weight lifting program) I have noticed that my arms and legs became stronger, and much more toned than before. Also my constant neck and back pain (caused by the burden of work at the office) is significantly reduced.

“I began my PT ‘journey’ via a Fitness First triple pack that was a birthday present. Yani was allocatd to the Triple Pack and I enjoyed it so much that I have been doing 1 session a week with him ever since.
“I have found Yani to be very knowledgeable and proactive. My job means that I am away a lot and don’t have a lot of spare time for the gym. Yani ensures that when I am there that I get a good high intensity work out that is consistent with my training goals. More importantly Yani has incorporated specific exercises that target muscle weaknesses that were causing back and neck issues as a result of previous rugby injuries.
